Delete your account

This is how to delete your URBANDINKR account. URBANDINKR is published on Google Play by developer craaazy.dev.

How

Your account ends immediately after you confirm. You'll type your handle, so it can't happen by accident. It can't be undone.

Can't sign in, or your account is suspended? Ask through our contact form using your sign-in email. We'll check it's you and do it for you.

Your profile: handle, name, Google photo, email, town, level, bio and court preferences.
Your Google ID, so signing in again later starts a new, empty account.
Your chat messages' text and photos, group photos you set, and your reactions. Other people still see that a message was there, shown as from Deleted player.
Your comments and feed reactions, notifications, push subscriptions, blocks, check-ins, session sign-ups, court bookings, host application and help tickets with their screenshots.
Every lineup and score photo you appear in, from our photo storage.
Matches that were pending or disputed, and matches still in progress. They are cancelled and the other players are told. They never changed a rating.

Upcoming sessions you host are cancelled, and upcoming court bookings are cancelled with the manager told.

Confirmed matches and rating changes, shown as Deleted player with no link, handle, photo or town. Your opponents' ratings and records depend on them. Your own rating number stays attached to the anonymous record, so voiding a match later still works.
Past sessions you hosted and league results, shown the same way. They are part of other players' history. A team name you chose is removed, and so is any team name containing your name. A name your partner chose otherwise stays.
Courts you added and leagues you organized, with no name attached. Other players use them. Our admins take over. Booking requests at your courts stop, and open requests and bookings there are cancelled with the player told.
Reports you filed that are open or were upheld, without your note, and reports about you that are open or were acted on. A report on a chat message keeps a copy of its text. So moderators can finish their review and past decisions stay on record.
A record that a deletion happened, with no name, handle or email, for one year. To show we did it, and to help us fix problems.
If your account was suspended: a scrambled code made from your Google ID. So a suspended player can't rejoin by deleting. It can't be turned back into your ID and links to nothing else.

Urban AI chats aren't linked to your account. Logs expire after 30 days by default.
Contact form messages aren't linked to your account either. Ask through the same form if you want them deleted.
Copies in our providers' backups and server logs, if any, expire on their own schedules.
Link previews already shared can take about an hour to update, and other apps may keep their own copy.
Messages and comments other people wrote stay, even if they mention you by name. Ask through the contact form if one identifies you and you want it removed.
