Paraphrasing Tool: Tagalog, English at Taglish
Paste a sentence or paragraph and Urban AI rewrites it in new words — same meaning, in the tone you choose. It works for English, Tagalog and Taglish, and you can keep refining with follow-ups like “gawing mas formal” or “explain the changes.”

Which tone should you use?
- Natural
- Closest to how you wrote it, just reworded. Good for avoiding repetition in your own writing.
- Formal
- For essays, reports and messages to teachers or offices. Avoids slang and contractions.
- Casual
- For chats, captions and friendly messages.
- Simple
- Short sentences and common words — useful for younger readers, or to check that you understand a hard text.
- Shorter
- Cuts filler while keeping every key point. Handy when you are over a word limit.
Paraphrasing is not a way around plagiarism
Rewording someone else's idea does not make it yours. If an idea came from a source, cite it — even after you paraphrase it. Use the tool to understand a text and to improve your own writing, and check your school's rules: many teachers treat AI-reworded text the same as copied text.
Good to know
- It can shift the meaning slightly — always read the result before you use it.
- It does not check facts: if the original is wrong, the paraphrase will be too.
- Very long texts may need to be split into parts.

Questions
Libre ba talaga? Is it really free?
Yes. Urban AI is free and needs no account. There is a fair-use limit on messages per hour and per day so the service stays available for everyone.
Kaya ba nitong mag-paraphrase sa Tagalog?
Oo. Paste Tagalog or Taglish text and keep Output on “Same language” to stay in Tagalog, or switch to English or Tagalog to convert while rewording.
Can I get more than one version?
Yes. After the first result, tap “Give me 3 more versions” or ask for a specific tone, length or word to avoid.
Do you save what I paste?
Your chat history is stored only in your own browser. To answer you, your message is sent to our server and processed by a third-party AI provider, and we keep limited pseudonymous logs for abuse prevention that are deleted automatically after a short retention period. Don't paste personal or confidential information.
